Shipping policy

FitPatch currently delivers door-to-door via courier to most postcodes within South Africa. Deliveries are made to an address of your choice, whether it be your business or residential address. However, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that it might not be possible for FitPatch to deliver to certain areas. During the online checkout process, you will be required to enter your postal code and address to determine if your area is eligible for door-to-door delivery.

If your postal code is not eligible for standard delivery, we recommend you visit one of our retailers.

How much does standard delivery cost?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders over R500,00, otherwise a standard delivery fee of R100,00 applies.

Does FitPatch deliver orders beyond South African borders?

Not yet.

How long does it normally take for orders to be delivered?

Our courier company will deliver during office hours (8am–5pm; Monday to Friday). Timing of delivery is dependent on your location. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays

Can I select somebody to receive my order for me if I am not going to be there when the courier service delivers to me?

Yes you can, but do note that FitPatch will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order at your chosen address, that is not authorised to do so.

What happens if a product is missing from my order?

Contact our customer service centre immediately on +010 541 1985.

Where is My Order?

You can check your "Order Status" by following the link on your order confirmation email or by logging onto your account on www.fitpatch.co.za and viewing your orders under your profile.

What happens if my parcel is damaged when I receive it?

Please contact us immediatley on +010 541 1985 or online@sbh.co.za and we will colelct the damaged parcel and replace it. The courier company is not authorised to accept goods for return on delivery. Remember to take have your order number on hand when you contact us.

What happens if my order gets lost by the courier?

Notify our customer service centre immediately on +010 541 1985 – a refund will be actioned.
