Refund policy

Scandinavian Brand House will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with. Returns can only be made of unopened products.

1. Dissatisfied with your purchase?

• If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website, you may return it to us for a full credit, refund, replacement or exchange, provided –
• you have the original tax invoice/till slip as proof of purchase
• items are returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase;
• the product has not expired;
• it is not damaged (including all packaging)
• the product has not been opened 
• We reserve the right to ask you for photographs and written submissions detailing the reasons for the return before we process the return, and we may withhold reasonable transport costs if required.

Refunds are bank dependent and may take up to 10-14 working days to reflect. We reserve the right to ask you for proof of identification when returning products.

Refunds

We do not guarantee that you will be automatically credited/refunded. The decision to credit/refund is solely at the discretion of the sales manager, the invoice has been handed in and they have inspected the condition of the item returned.
